The project consists of 10 tenancies with the ability to amalgamate tenancies. The project provides immediate access onto major arterial roads such Milperra Road and the M5 motorway, complementing the site’s features which include  heavy vehicle circulation ramps, a mezzanine carpark and ancillary corporate office spaces.
